To eliminate polluting nappy waste from the landfill, Pura entered into a strategic collaboration with NappiCycle in 2020. The Pura NappiCycle program, which is supported by the popular supermarket chain Asda, is the first of its kind program launched in the United Kingdom.

Under the trial program, the firm is collecting used nappies from 48 households and one nursery group. On average, Pura is collecting 0.5 tonnes of nappy waste from these households and businesses every two weeks.
